For crystal products, our designs and crystal cuts are made to showcase the beauty of a crystalline structure rather than looking like glass. Since our products are hand-cut, they will never be entirely "perfect."

For items qualifying for a refund, once an item is returned (provided it is received in new and original condition), we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.

An item is missing from my order.

Firstly, make sure the item is not hidden in the packaging or stuck inside the package. Smaller items like accessories and rolling stones are often wrapped in bubble wrap and padding inside the package.

My order arrived broken.

At Décor Holística, we are doing our absolute best to become a 100% biodegradable solution to the best of our ability with the technologies available to us. The only non-biodegradable packaging is our soft foam, bubble wrap, and plastic pockets that hold international order receipts. Make sure they can be recycled.

When will my order be shipped?

Our estimated processing and handling time is 1 to 7 business days + shipping time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note that once your order is dispatched, we cannot assume responsibility for any transit issues made by the courier.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email for your order! It may take a few hours, sometimes 24 hours, to show any kind of update on the tracking link.

The tracking shows no tracking events.

Until your package is sorted and scanned, there will be no tracking events for you to check. But don't worry, your tracking ID indicates that your package has been dispatched and has started to make its way to you! You just need to give the tracking some time to update overnight or as soon as it is scanned for delivery.

Are shipping times guaranteed?

Unfortunately not. Shipping time depends on the country, holidays, and customs. We do our best to deliver our packages as quickly as possible! However, once your package leaves our office, we have no control over how quickly it arrives at your door.
